Confirmation and Acceptance of the Agreement

This agreement is between the User and Tushi regarding the User's use of Tushi's products or services. The content includes the main text of the agreement and all types of rules already published or to be published by the Tushi platform in the future. All rules constitute an inseparable part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the agreement. Unless you agree to all terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to log in or use any Tushi products and online design creation services. By checking "Agree" (the specific wording shall be as displayed on the page), logging in, starting, or using this Service in any way including viewing videos, editing, saving, uploading, or downloading, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this agreeme nt and to be bound by them. Related operation prompts, FAQ guides, usage help, or other rules or processes displayed by Tushi on the platform are all part of the rules for using Tushi's products and/or services and have the same effect as this agreement. Tushi reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement, and the modified terms will take effect once published on the official Tushi website, replacing the original terms.

After you accept this agreement, it may be updated due to national policies, products and/or services, or the environment in which this agreement is performed. The updated agreement will be published in an appropriate position on the Tushi platform. If you continue to use Tushi's products and/or services after the update, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the updated agreement and are willing to be bound by it.

User Registration

(1) Through Tushi, users can perform online design creation, uploading, sharing, and other operations. The login account can be the user's mobile phone number or another social media account of the user. Users should maintain the confidentiality and security of their passwords and accounts. If users fail to safeguard their accounts and passwords, resulting in damages to themselves, Tushi, or third parties, the users shall bear full responsibility. Users agree to immediately notify Tushi if they discover any illegal use of their account or security vulnerabilities.

(2) When filling in, logging in, or using account information such as account name, avatar, and personal profile, users must comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights of citizens, public order, social morals, and information authenticity. Users shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information. Tushi shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from untrue registration information.

(3) If users do not have full civil capacity due to age, intellectual factors, or other reasons, users must obtain guidance and consent from their parents or other guardians before registering for a Tushi account and logging into this Service. We hope you use this Service under the guidance, supervision, and consent of your parents or guardians. Additionally, we rely on parents and guardians to ensure that you only use this Service when you understand your rights and responsibilities as stated in this agreement.

Users Guarantee that the following situations will not occur when filling in, logging in, or using account information:

(1) Violating the Constitution or laws and regulations;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging national honor and interests or public interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;

(7) Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist content or instructing others to commit crimes;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights of others;

(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

If users log in or use account names, avatars, or personal profiles that contain illegal or harmful information, the Tushi platform has the right to take measures such as notifying for correction within a time limit or suspending usage. For accounts impersonating affiliated organizations, companies, or public figures, Tushi has the right to cancel the account's usage on the platform and report it to government authorities.

User Account Security and Management

(1) Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their Tushi accounts. If the user's Tushi account or password is illegally used by others due to the user's own reasons, Tushi shall not be liable. Any losses or consequences caused by attacks or scams on your Tushi account are borne by you. Users are fully responsible for all actions under their Tushi accounts. User's own reasons include, but are not limited to: disclosing Tushi account and password or registration information to a third party, sharing one Tushi account with multiple people, obtaining a Tushi account through unofficial channels, installing illegal or unknown programs, etc.
